I've emailed you both the links to our Night of the Monsters Dropbox folder. If you follow the email it should tell you how to install it no problem.
Katy - If you could copy over your finished character folders into it I can then start importing them into scenes and animating them!
Sean - You can save your maya 2012 file as an .obj file and it'll then be usable in previous copies of Maya, but the textures might need to be reapplied. Let me know if you've already spoken to Alan about this or not too.
I have received the link and installed the dropbox program and have put the files in there.
